Summer Weather Disappointment for Riders

Weather-wise, summer has been a disappointment so far. This June has been the wettest month since records began after enduring double the average anticipated rain fall. The outlook for July has been equally unsatisfactory for riders, who remain eagerly waiting to enjoy hacks and clinics in beautiful summer weather.

Understandably, equestrian organisers have suffered the impact of the weather this summer, having to cancel many events over the past few months. Fortunately, Parwood Equestrian Centre has persevered and remained busy with several training clinics and private hire of our facilities. Riders at Parwood are still confident they will be able to ride in true summer weather imminently.
